MTZ Outbax Return Policy
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you’re not, no worries – we’ve got a 30-day return policy to make things right.
Eligibility:
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused (unmounted), with all packaging and accessories intact. You will be responsible for return freight charges.
Start a Return:
Contact us at info@mtzoutbax.com.au to request a return. If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll sort it out for you.
Exchanges:
If you need a different item, return the one you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted. We do not accept exchanges for ‘change of mind’.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds but will happily offer you a credit or item exchange if it meets the above eligibility requirements. We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if it is approved. Shipping charges are not refundable.
